Reaction bonded silicon carbide gas burner nozzle,also known as siliconized silicon carbide or SiSiC,is a type of silicon carbide that is manufactured by a chemical reaction between porous carbon or graphite with molten silicon.Silicon Carbide ceramic(RBSIC or SISIC) is made by infiltrating compacts made of mixtures of SiC and Carbon with liquid Silicon.The Silicon reacts with the Carbon forming more SiC which bonds the initial SiC particles.It is suitable for producing silicon carbide gas burner nozzle.
