Refractory Silicon Carbide ceramic Roller for kiln furniture / RBSIC roller / SISIC roller Property:
With high temperature resistance, high bending strength, oxidation resistance, good wear resistance and other characteristics, can be used for a long time without fracture, without bending.
Widely used in ceramics, sanitary ceramics, building ceramics, magnetic materials and other roller kiln.
This is reaction-bonded silicon carbide, where the silicon metal (si) fills the open pores to form zero pores.
Due to its zero porosity, the thermal conductivity is more than twice that of oxide-bonded silicon carbide, and the bending strength is more than 5 times higher than that of oxide-bonded silicon carbide.
Sisal is special in that it can maintain high strength at room temperature up to 1380℃.It has high oxidation resistance, chemical resistance and wear resistance.
Suitable for beam, roller, radiant tube burner, burner nozzle, etc.
